GIANA is the Italian word for gift of God. NOOR is the Arabic word for light. Together they are a small kitchen in Pasadena — Dubai chocolate folded over kataifi, Lebanese coffee ground with cardamom, dates whipped into butter, mountain herbs steeped slow. Made by hand.
